Res ipsa loquitur

I wonder how many more times
she’ll let you get away with this –

let you do this to her.

How many more before the
rage spits out of my pores
and blows a hole in your
pretext and alleged prudence?

Don’t look at me like that
and don’t just sit there –

say something.

Fucking say something.

  1. OHHHHHH,
I felt this...Guess I've been there before, ok I lied, at least a hundred times. Sometimes its so hard to be open with another, so easy on the page.

    Thanks for another great one

  2. Bindo - Agreed. All I can offer is a favorite quote: "Communication works for those who work at it." - John Powell

Patrice - Clearly, I am a bad influence and your mom shouldn't let you play with me. *grin*

    Thank you both so much.

  3. Marcy, your work is so strong...you have such a command of the language...as evident from your knowing when a well-placed f-bomb will serve...best, Darren
